I have rented from this location at least a dozen times in the last 18 months, and have found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. The cars have always been ready and in great condition. I highly recommend this location.
The staff here are quite pleasant. The cars are clean. No problem getting a ride back to BART. All things considered, one of the best car rental experiences in the bay area.
